David S. Carter

Mr. Carter is a member of HUGHES GORSKI SEEDORF ODSEN & TERVOOREN, LLC. He joined the firm in 1984. He concentrates his trial practice in the tort litigation area, including insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation in both the state courts of Alaska and the U.S. District Court of Alaska. Mr. Carter is also experienced in the handling of appeals brought in the State Superior Court, the Alaska Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Carter has tried numerous cases and arbitrations.

Mr. Carter has also represented insurers at dozens of uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitration proceedings.
