Jimmy E. White

Mr. White is an experienced trial attorney defending clients in complex product liability, commercial, insurance, and personal injury litigation and also has an active domestic relations practice. Mr. White is a member of Hughes Pfiffner Gorski Seedorf & Odsen, LLC, joining the firm in 2004.

Mr. White’s product liability experience includes construction product and pharmaceutical litigation in single plaintiff, multi-party, class action, and multi-district litigation. Complex business litigation experience includes representation of companies as plaintiff and defendant in business-tort and RICO cases and cases involving fiduciary fraud, officer and agent disloyalty, lender liability and commercial contract disputes.

Mr. White also represents several insurers and their clients in personal injury and bad faith litigation and was recently named as one of The Best Lawyers in America in the field of insurance law.
