Jimmy E. White

Mr. White is an experienced trial attorney representing clients in complex product liability, commercial, insurance, and personal injury litigation and also has an active domestic relations practice. Mr. White joined the firm in 2004 and practiced for years as a member, becoming “Of Counsel” to the firm on July 2, 2011.

Mr. White’s product liability experience includes construction product and pharmaceutical litigation in single plaintiff, multi-party, class action, and multi-district litigation. Complex business litigation experience includes representation of companies and individuals as plaintiff and defendant in business-tort and RICO cases and cases involving fiduciary fraud, officer and agent disloyalty, lender liability and commercial contract disputes.

Mr. White also represents several insurers and their clients in personal injury and bad faith litigation and has twice been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and by Corporate Counsel as one of the top attorneys in America in the field of insurance law.

Mr. White has been able to use the communication and leadership skills and talents honed during his eleven plus years in the United States Army to effectively work toward resolution of problems, to muster the resources to accomplish large goals, and to weigh evidence and evaluate circumstances in order to present the strongest case to judge and jury.
