Steven S. Tervooren

Mr. Tervooren is a member of Hughes Gorski Seedorf Odsen & Tervooren, LLC. He joined the firm in 1979. He serves as Chairman of the firm’s management committee.

His practice includes all areas of litigation (with emphasis on product liability defense), warranty and lemon law, commercial and real estate (transactions and litigation), environmental, eminent domain & condemnation, and construction.

Mr. Tervooren represents major automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, national retailers, and other self-insured national and international companies.

He frequently serves as Alaska counsel for national law firms involved in product liability matters and major acquisitions. He has represented state and national clients in regulatory and administrative proceedings and in State Attorney General investigations.
