Steven S. Tervooren

Mr. Tervooren is a member of Hughes Pfiffner Gorski Seedorf & Odsen, LLC. He joined the firm in 1979. He serves as Chairman of the firm’s management committee.

His practice includes all areas of litigation (with emphasis on product liability defense), warranty and lemon law, commercial and real estate (transactions and litigation), environmental, eminent domain & condemnation, construction, municipal and government contracts.

Mr. Tervooren represents most of the major automobile manufacturers and many pharmaceutical companies and other self-insured national and international companies and their insurers.

He serves as Alaska counsel for national law firms involved in product liability matters and major acquisitions. He has represented state and national clients in regulatory and administrative proceedings and has State Attorney General investigations.
